SNI PVC pipes are a type of uPVC (Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) pipe manufactured in accordance with Indonesian National Standards.

These pipes are specifically used to transport water for various purposes, including water utilities (PDAM), public works projects, real estate, plantations, agriculture, industry, and more.

SNI PVC pipes have many advantages compared to pipes without SNI certification, including guaranteed international quality, strength and unbreakability, safety for transporting clean and drinking water, easy, fast, and durable installation, and light and easy transportation. Furthermore, SNI PVC pipes are also chemically resistant.

There are two types of SNI PVC pipe connections:

1. SNI Pipes with Rubber Ring Connection System

Pipes with this system come in diameters ranging from 63mm to 630mm and utilize rubber rings or rubber ring joints (RRJ). This system ensures leak-proof and more flexible pipes. Examples of these pipes include Rucika Lok PVC pipes and Rucika Exoplas PVC-O pipes, which are used for drinking water distribution, as well as Rucika Lite pipes for conveying wastewater and are widely used in various regions in Indonesia.

2. SNI Pipes with Solvent Cement Joint System

This connection system uses glue or solvent cement joints (SCJ). Pipe sizes range from 20mm to 160mm.
